$24 - $28/hour (Full-time, ~40hrs/week)

Schedule

40-60% travel, with Weekend availability required

The Role

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long-term venue locations. This hands-on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand-aligned, and event-ready.

What You’ll Own

  • Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations

  • Long-term venue booth installations and service visits

  • Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance

  • Real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Guest experience and on-site customer support

  • Post-event reporting and operational feedback

  • Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy

  • Representing the Majestic brand in the field

Qualifications

Education

  •  High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
  • Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred
  • Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  •  Ability to lift and transport equipment safely
