This is an in-market driving role, servicing booths, visiting venues, and meeting the people who run them. Most of your week is in Greater Boston and the North Shore (Boston, Somerville, Salem, Woburn), with regular trips to our placements in Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine (Kittery and Portland), and Cape Cod. Expect a few longer road days each month; Portland is about two hours each way. A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are required, and all work mileage is reimbursed.

- Wednesday–Sunday workweek. You manage your own daily schedule within it to meet service commitments, visit routes, and outreach goals.
About Us
Join the team behind the nation’s most iconic photobooths.
At Majestic Photobooth, we create unforgettable photo experiences for brands, venues, and events across the country. Whether it’s a high-end brand activation in NYC or a neighborhood bar in Nashville, our booths bring people together and make moments last.
Founded in 2006, Majestic has grown into one of the country’s leading experiential photobooth companies—blending technology, design, and nostalgia to create experiences people remember.
Our team powers experiences for some of the world’s most recognized brands, venues, and events.
Why Now?
Majestic is entering a major growth chapter.
After years of building a nationally recognized brand, we’re rapidly expanding our venue footprint, operational infrastructure, and experiential capabilities across the country. We’re building the systems, team, and technology to scale into the future of photobooths.
That means this is an opportunity to join a fast-moving company where your work will directly shape how we grow.
The Role
Majestic Photobooth is seeking a Field Service Representative to own the health of our Boston-based New England market. This is a service-first, hands-on role: you keep every Majestic booth in the territory working, stocked, and looking great, you build real relationships with the venues that host them, and you keep an eye out for the next great venue while you're out there.
You'll be Majestic's face in Boston. Venue managers will know you by name. When something goes wrong, you fix it fast. When nothing has gone wrong yet, you're already there checking. And when a bar owner mentions their friend runs three other spots across town, you get the intro and hand it to our sales team to close.
Success in this role means booths that never go down, venues that love working with us, and a market that grows because you're in it.
What You’ll Own
- Respond to service tickets across the territory, accepting them within four hours and resolving them within 24
- Keep every booth stocked, clean, and working: media replenishment, printer and connectivity issues, cleaning, and light maintenance
- Plan and run restocking routes so booths get paper and ribbon before they run out, not after; today most service calls in this market are paper changes, and your job is to make those calls disappear
- Proactively visit and spot-check booths to catch problems before they become service calls
- Manage your own media and backup kit inventory and coordinate resupply with our supply chain team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue staff and management as Majestic's local point of contact
- Collect venue feedback and pass along issues, risks, and opportunities to the right internal teams
- Identify promising new venues through local outreach, referrals, and networking, have the first conversation, and hand qualified opportunities to our Account Executives
- Document every service visit with photos and notes in our ticketing system, and keep venue and prospect activity current in HubSpot
- Communicate your availability ahead of time and coordinate with approved local backup so the market stays covered when you're off
- Pitch in on local installs and events when the deployment team needs an extra set of hands
Ideal Candidate
- You like being out in the field and on your feet, not at a desk
- You're the kind of person who notices a booth looks off before anyone reports it
- You're organized enough to keep 20+ locations across Greater Boston, the Cape, southern New Hampshire, and southern Maine running smoothly on routes you plan yourself
- You're comfortable walking into a bar, restaurant, or venue and talking to whoever runs the place
- You're handy with basic troubleshooting and calm when something isn't working
- You're reliable: when you say a booth will be fixed today, it's fixed today
- You take ownership. This territory becomes your market, and you treat it that way.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule, including evenings as needed
- Ability to lift and move booth components and media supplies (up to 50 lbs) and stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable using a smartphone for ticketing, photos, and communication throughout the day
Experience
- 1–3 years in field service, hospitality, events, retail operations, delivery/route work, or another hands-on customer-facing role
- Experience servicing equipment, vending, or kiosks is a plus
- Experience in nightlife, bars, restaurants, or venue operations is a plus
- No degree required
Skills
- Clear, friendly communication with all kinds of people
- Strong follow-through and time management
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within an assigned territory
- Basic technical troubleshooting (connectivity, printers, resets)
- Comfortable learning HubSpot, Google Workspace, and our booth systems
